If you’re concerned about lead in the meat you harvest, Barnes makes a lot of sense, and are solid performers…I’ve used their TSX/TTSX in rifles and their copper handgun rounds to take several deer.
Otherwise? They there are less expensive options that will kill your deer just as dead.

With what ever Barnes rounds you use, they will take down things way bigger than you are hunting for.
My Bud uses 425 grain lead boolits for kill elk. He got a pile of 250gr Barnes triple shock.
Has not used a big bullet since.
I have Barnes bullets than go 3450fps out of my 30-06. I cant use them hunting, they just rip ship up.
