I love a bipod, I’ll be the first to admit. With bipods there are several options. Don’t skimp on those options. Atlas, Harris and the MagPul to name a few. I’m happy with the latest offering of the MagPul. As Tayln stated hunting out of a ladder stand, if it has a shooting rail I would not see the benefit of a bipod. If you don’t have a shooting rail, shooting sticks (BogPod) or something along those lines would better serve you in stabilizing your rifle.
There are several companies that make attachments that attach to your stand to allow the use of a monopod or bipod. Primos is one.
