Best W231 Alternative for 32 H&R

WellArmed

Custom
What's a good general powder to run with for reloading 32 defensive ammo? I'm trying my hand at reloading, and I'm trying to order equipment and components. W231 seems to be a very favorable choice, but seems harder to come by and very expensive now. W244 doesn't seem to be anyone's favorite and I haven't really seen anyone enthusiastic about it like they are with other options. What would you all suggest I start out with for a general powder that's will primarily be used for defense H&R ammo initially?

We haven't got the selection of powder that we once did, because of consolidation, buy out, etc. The number hoarders have skyrocketed as have the dealer type hoarder reseller you see at the gun show...

My opinion is downloading a burn rate chart and you can see what is out there and then look for who sells it.

Bullseye, TightGroup and N320 are similar burn rate. I'm going to try N320. I hear VV burns more cleanly than many. I'll also try it for .380. And I have plenty of TG to try if I don't like it.
