Not a bike guy, but if I was it would be a Triumph, Norton or BMW. I always gravitated to Ford pickups and Mustangs. Had a lot of great Dodges too. A few nice Chevys as well. These days my truck is a Ram with a Hemi and my daily driver is a Lexus 330.
