Some letters are made in limited supply.. harder to find

I just bought a Blanton's Gold as a gift for a co-worker. Gold is a unicorn around me... Turns out it gave him the letter he'd been lacking for many years. Maybe one has to buy the color spectrum to get them all...? I save my stoppers, but no plans or hopes to get them all. Too many other good choices out there.

I have a bottle of Blanton's unopened. A bottle of Wiser's De Luxe, a bottle of Wellers.... I don't. I don't open any of them. Or my Cooper's Craft. They have memories attached to them so there they sit. As far as drinking goes I have Basil Hayden Dark Rye, Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey, Porter's Fire, Monkey Shoulder, Glenlivet 12.... So much booze. So little time. I'm probably going to see if I like Old Elk soon. I did not like Buffalo Trace.

"Neat"... is the way it was intended to be consumed. If you're ever passing through TN between Nashville and Chattanooga on I-24 take a little time and jump off and visit the JD distillery in Lynchburg, TN it's a worthwhile tour. Years ago, the Henry County was dry and sampling was prohibited. Fast forward today sampling is offered to all that take the tours.

I've been many times. Never had the sampling option. Do they happen to let you try their white liquor?
