Blend or Bleed: Will You Make the Right Choice?

Is that wind turbine tied into a local utility or did opt to buy it to stay off the grid...cheers

I have no idea what you are asking.

The Turbines belong to the utilities provider for Boulder/Aurora.

The utility gave land owners a choice, sign a lease that would pay off their land or they'd condemn the land through Eminent Domain and take it for nothing.

The wind farm was here before me and it will be here long after I'm gone.

I've decided not to bother myself over it.

Eminent Domain is the biggest bunch of BS on planet earth! they'd still have to prove it before they can use it.

Here's the thing guys, I really don't care about your opinion of Eminent Domain OR wind turbines or a whole bunch of other things that I have no control over anyway.

If you don't like the Wind Farm call these folks.

There is one good thing about the Turbines.

As mentioned previously the energy company is going to put the Turbine on your land one way or the other but they do pay you handsomely and if I understand it correctly it's usually enough to pay off your mortgage. So you don't have to worry about losing your family ranch.
