I bet it goes to Scotus, ruling is upheld, and the ban is lifted for the rifle by Scotus. Then all other states get sued as a precedent and this anti rifle ruling is gone for good.

Yeah, no one is going to dispute CNNs bias when it comes to firearms. I hope we can focus on the Court's ruling and stay away from arguing about various sources of information on this thread.

Imagine that...a Federal Judge puts down a sane ruling about the 2nd Amendment. Now lets see what SCOTUS has to say which I expect will come down sooner rather than later. Meanwhile, our liberal Governor keeps getting his backside kicked in Court which is always a pleasure to see.
