California BS again

Hi,

I still have my Firearms Safety Certificate from when I lived in CA. You studied a little booklet and then answered 30 questions on a written test you took at the sporting goods store. You also needed a background check just to buy a box of ammo. I'm hoping Judge Benitez will strike down this nonsense.

that firearms safety certificate, is much like our "blue card", i spoke of many times...lasts a lifetime here...but some now want to change that for taking a test every 2 years.
