Well, there ya' go! Who the hell actually initiated all those 'carte blanche' pardons? It surely wasn't Biden. In fact I don't think it's actually possible/legal to pardon someone without specifying a crime to be pardoned from. It's an oxymoron to claim a pardon for crimes one might/might not have done ...................... jj
