I have never been to any range in Texas either indoor or outdoor, that used or required chamber flags.

Bolt open, RO inspects, shooters go down range

The indoor range I used to got to has 9 lanes and 2 RO, they watch you like a hawk, don’t like that, told the one to mind his own business when he kept looking what I had in my range bag, came up behind me and kept looking over my shoulder, after I told him that he said he is checking for firearms, told him you seen where I put my gun at, it’s laying on the pistol case that I purchased from your pro shop and you watched me take it out, freakin idiot
