Many industry writers and manufacturers talk-about/play-up the benefits of handguns/rifles with a low bore-axis for recoil management.

They don't get any lower than the Chiappa's.

And on the Chiapas I’ve seen the quality appeared, um, marginal. I think I’ll stick with a Smith, Colt, or Roger. ( plus these upside down wheel guns Uggglyy)
