Thats good advice. I remember a trip to Safeway early 2020 seeing a woman with a full cart of pasta because she herd general mills shut diwn. Keep a bunch of water, dry and canned goods, basic meds, cold and wet weather gear, hunting fishing gardening and defense stocks, etc on hand for if. I didnt have tp issues in covid and having car parts and the like on hand already helped keep costs down with the stupid tariff tradewar stuff. Its always good yo be ready for whatever. If it all went **** up because trump helped kick off ww3 or riots because of fuel shortages or some such I have plenty of reservesEveryone should be prepared for any human and/or natural-caused disasters that will disrupt the normal operation of society, local/regional and the whole country.
We got a preview during the Covid-years and we all know how electonically-linked just about everything is now-a-days, and the bad-actors, foreign & domestic, that are looking for vulnerabilities.
I know if the net/grid went down a lot of folks will freak out.
Ah, the "sword of Damocles".After 9/11 you can’t say that anything happening is impossible. A sword hangs over all of our heads.
