Colt-CZ also bought ammo maker swissAA Holding AG back in June.

Remington, CCI and Federal ammo was sold to Czechoslovak Group (CSG) October 1st for $1.91 Billion.
CSG is owned and led by Michal Strnad.

S&B is owned by a bigger conglomerate that also owns Magtech. I wonder why they are selling. I bet CBC ends up owing CZ in a few years. S&B is the bait.
