Dang, it got COLD

yeah, no kidding

its like 60 degree's, and rainy...been a lousy day all day long.

i just closed all the windows, and they were only open about 2" from the sill......wife has a sweater on, and blanket over her legs.

gotta be the combo of the rain, dampness with that temperature making it feel like sub-zero temps.

we might have to turn on the electric blanket tonight.

this temperature feels great when the sun is shining, and when we went thru 100+ temps days with high humidity for sure...but not right now.

i gotta check on the wife, i think i saw an icicle on her nose.

oh yeah, we figure as much as well.

just today, its really "cold" and the wife is miserable.....rain, and dampness is not making her feel any better.

the past week, it has gone as low as 42 in some parts of my state, and it was great sleeping nights, with no a/c, fan running, just a light blanket...seriously.

oh yeah, we suffered too with 100+ days (and some nights) and very high humidity/dew points...so much so, you could slice the air with a butchers knife..

wife and i both have breathing issues, so that crap don't help.
