DIVERSIFY YOUR SELF-DEFENSE

Everybody want to be a self-defense expert.

Good physical condition might help save one's life, but it's far from a guarantee.

I'd rely on pepper spray far more than martial arts. In fact, martial arts might be least reliable for survival.

A trained killer (US military) turned bad is a formidable adversary. I'd bet him over any martial artist/UFC fighter. He operates under rules of survive or die.

Wisdom:

If you don't want to get hurt, don't fight.

It's better to be a live witness than a dead hero.

A bad guy who fears not death is the most dangerous adversary on Earth.

The bigger they are, the harder they hit.

Never underestimate the size of the fight in the dog.

It's called martial arts for a reason. It's choreographed, like ballet dancers.

If you want to live: avoid gunfighting.

The wise will not go where the foolishly brave venture to test tenets of wisdom.

Do you live in the U.S.? Just wondering, with all the mentioning of pepper spray.
