Does anyone here own a Seecamp LWS32?

I missed this.
I bought a Seecamp .32 four or five years ago. Like some here, I well remember when it was impossible to simply go out and buy one. So I guess at least part of my reason for buying was the nostalgia or nostalgic posterity of owning one in addition to simple curiosity.

If you are interested in the mechanical aspect of firearms, there is a lot to look at here. Every detail of the gun is there to make it smaller. It’s very space efficient.

Believe it or not, there is a small but quite rabid group of Seecamp owners. They might be more serious about their affliction than any such group I’ve seen. There was a forum operated by the Seecamp company when the Seecamp family was involved with it. They kept it surprisingly active. This forum held more info than you could possibly imagine about these little guns, but it vanished practically the day they sold the company.

Anyway, it can be shot fairly well all things considered.
Repeat: All Things Considered.
There is more ammo beside the Winchester Silvertip that will work in it today. Even the Winchester USA .32 ACP ball ammo has a flattened nose now so it will fit in the magazines and feed through the gun. Hornady 60 grain FTX Critical Defense made the best groups in mine, but “best” is still relative.

It is what it is; an extremely close range, last-ditch gun. Even an Airweight J-frame revolver is so much easier to shoot it’s like shooting a match gun after shooting a Seecamp. But the Seecamp is positively tiny in comparison. As easy as it is to carry a J-frame, a Seecamp is in another dimension.
And unlike most little autos, it works.
