David McCallum died of natural causes on Monday in New York. The Scottish-born actor was known for starring on "NCIS" for more than 400 episodes.

I was 10 years old when The Man From U.N.C.L.E. premiered. Good show. I was a loyal watcher.

But I really thought David McCallum shined as Ducky. A brilliant, yet slightly quirky and good natured scientist. The occasional show where he was the main character were some of the best episodes.

He will be missed.
