Echelon Central Operating Group Removal

All current videos that I find show how simple it is to properly remove and replace the COG on an Echelon, but none of the pistols shown have a manual safety. My Echelon does have a manual safety, and I had difficulty removing and replacing the COG properly because of the safety device. I finally replaced the COG, but the firearm would not operate. Sent it into Springfield, and they returned it in working order. I would like to find a video that demonstrates how to properly remove and replace a COG with a manual safety. The process is clearly different. Thanks for any assistance provided.
