Echelon trigger return spring

Not sure if mine was stretched (I don't think it was) during the tyrant trigger shoe install) but I've gotten a dead trigger a few times lately... nothing happens when I pull the trigger...just kinda mushy. I can re-rack and we're all good.

Not sure if that's the reason since I've also read it can hang up on the mag release as well? Not sure if I read that one right but something to do with the mag release...

Anyhoo, I've been looking to get a new trigger return spring in case and seems I can only find one as part of a set from PRP.

Have asked SA yet but any ideas where else I can look?

Thank you.

Sorry to say, Springfield doesn’t sell gun parts like that, have you tried putting stock trigger back in and see if it works ok, just a thought

Hi,

When you perform a dry fire function check, does the trigger reset properly?

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

I did. Everything was working fine. So I decided to clean it everything up a bit. It had, maybe, 300 rounds between the last cleaning so I didn't think it would be a problem. But I cleaned it again to be sure.

Rechecked the install. Everything was fine.

Took it out to the range, and no issues. Ran fine.
