Echelon with thumb safety-how to reinstall COG

I have an Echelon with a thumb safety. Ordered online and didn't know it had it! Anyway after cleaning and cleaning the COG after 2.4k rounds, I haven't been able to reinstall the COG.

Anyone have any suggestions, resources, or other anything to point me in the right direction as to how to reinstall the COG.
