Homemade egg nog can be the stuff to die for, but I’m lazy so a good quality store bought nog mixed with brandy, rum or whiskey (whatever the preference) is the holiday beverage in my house.

We buy the Southern Comfort Eggnon - doesn't have alcohol in it, just flavored.

I have been putting touch of bourbon in mine, really good stuff if you get the ratio right
