EMP .40 Contour

Howdy, I just bought a Contour last night off GB I just became aware of them just recently. I really like the .40 S&W cartridge and have heard great reviews on this gun.
I sure didn't need it but I guess I couldn't resist it comes with the three original mags and box it supposedly only has about 80 rounds thru it. I really like the fact it has a forged steel frame to help keep it somewhat controllable anyone have one that can shed some light on these guns.

I picked the the EMP on Thursday it had an atrochis trigger so I fixed that and shot it on Friday had some hard jams so brought it home and cleaned it up and did a little clean up on the throat had some very sharp edges so I cleaned that up will have to get it back out to shoot and test.
The guy put some Truglo sights on it they suck and the gun shot low at 15 yards so I need to change the sight I emailed the guy to see if he has the originals or I'll get a new set.

Didn’t know they made a .40, but my 9 EMP is a sweetheart. It’s actually on my hip at this moment. Powerful, accurate, soft shooting. Can’t ask for much more,

I didn't want the 9 because the aluminum frame, the 40 is forged steel and its a pretty zippy little gun with my hot loads I'm gonna have to come up with a more subdued load.

How low?

If those sights are zeroed at 25 yards, you should expect it to be a little low at 15.
 
I have a new load to try tomorrow 180 grain Nosler over 6.2 gr. 3N37 it's a max load but VV powders seem to have a much less sting to them, not sure if that's the correct description or word to use but the VV powders I have noticed a much different feel to the loads than the other powder choices for 10mm and .40 S&W.
