That's the K-Cup pod ejector door. They must ejecting a spent pod.

The hatch cover immediately behind the cockpit has popped open or been ripped apart. The compartment is open.

Those are actually louvers for the ECS (Environmental Control System - aka air conditioning). The shading of the pic makes it look like a door but if you zoom in (285%) to it you see the louvers. All F-15s have that right behind the canopy.
