For me i gotta go with the 308, i shoot more 5.56, 9mm and others but only cause of cost. so 308

45acp handgun and pcc for calming your garden variety thug. 7mm magnum deer rifle. 5.56 for stemming the tide of the screaming horde of commies coming down from the North. 45-70 for when I am feeling peevish

for absolute fun, either of my .22's, the magnum especially for the absolute no recoil on the 1911.

for serious practice, my 1911's (or any 45 ACP) that i have.

.30-06 loaded for my Garand or 7.62x51/.308 for my M1A. Both feel exactly the same when shooting. Best rifle platforms for my plinking.
