510 is green. I have astigmatism in both eyes. I do not get a starburst with the 510 solo or in combo with this magnifier. (For comparison - with a red Sig Romeo dot solo - that thing starbursted for me on low brightness setting. I sold the 2 romeos I had on ARs a few years ago, went holosun, and never looked back.)

A million questions is good - I learn so much from others on this, and other groups.

Same deal. I don't know if I have astigmatism, but my magnifier behind a Romeo 5 makes the dot look like a slash. I have some red 510s and 512s and by themselves I have no issues, but recently started buying green ones. I like them better.

At one point I had 6 Romeo 5s. I'm down to 1 now on a shotgun I don't shoot a lot anymore. All the others have been replaced by mainly 510s.

I'm thinking about trying the magnifier out on one of the red 510s.
