Good for Florida! - If it works out.

Pertaining to guns, What the article also raised is some people are missing a few key points? Big one is real or actual safety. Who can afford or want an officer or soldier in every single household or on every street corner for protection? Especially when in general people involved can likely do it more effectively by themselves in many cases?

For some cases it's also nice to have a variety and different forms of back up. From perspective is what police are for.

Also, good law was written basically for people to represent themselves not the other way around.
 
I hope it works out for Florida and it would be great if other states did the same thing. The only thing I worry about is the normal federal response will be is follow our lead or we will cut you off from federal assistance.

Also, the price paid for less government benefit/intervention may be worth the price paid?
- Can be a royal pain in a dependence situation. But? May be best scenario for states too?
 
Due to the Supremacy Clause in the United States Constitution, federal law overrides state law in most cases. The Supremacy Clause establishes that state laws are subordinate to federal laws and regulations. Put simply, federal law governs state law; however, this is only the case when federal and state laws conflict with one another. Overlap on subject matter is not enough to strike down a state statute; it must be impossible to comply with both federal and state law before a federal law overrides a state law. Of course a state's Sanctuary law could be appealed to the SC whose ruling becomes the law of the land.

Federal and state laws do not always coincide. There are several instances where state laws over ride or take presidence and vice versa. Am going to have to brush up on those or should. Been awhile.
