First off, apologies. Had mentioned I’d be doing a .45 range day this week. However, the EFK Dragon threaded barrel I ordered for my FN Reflex came in and I want to test it. Though I’d read I should fire about 200 rounds through a new barrel before suppressing, I only fired 100 today - will probably knock out another 100 next week. Good news is that everything went swimmingly!
Quick shot of said FN Reflex. Alternated between 10 and 15 round magazines, figuring I should be competent with both. Ammo was 100 rounds of American Eagle 124g FMJ, and though there were to Tactical Dude targets, I found one that worked just as well.
This target was after 5 rounds each at 3 yds into the 1 and 5 circles, then 10 rounds quickly into the 2 diamond at 5 yds and 10 more quickly into the 2 diamond at 7 yds…of which quite a few landed NE of the 2 circle

Moved to 15 yds and slow fired 5 more into the 2 diamond…hmmm, some more and further NE hits - but on the target!
Then moved back to 3 yds and did the 5 strings of two to the 2 diamond and one to the 10 circle. Went pretty well, but after finishing this round, felt I was shooting to the right just a tad at distances (though I was firing pretty quickly for 35 of the 50 rounds).
So I tweaked the EPS Carry 5 clicks to move left a bit and redid the whole thing. Below target is the result after another 50 rounds. All but the right ear and right between lung and shoulder shot seemed to go pretty well - even the 5 rounds at 15 yards. So not a bad day trip! EFK Dragon drop in threaded barrel seems to be a successful drop in and it appears no fitting will be required.
