I love the article. The press on the other hand I don't know. Unfortunately when it comes to presses we have to buy one and then use it for a while to determine if we like it. If it's a hate relationship then we buy another. Nice if a buddy has one for you to test hop.
Universal shell holders will never be a favorite. After a while the mechanics that make them work softens and they don't hold. This causes the case to fly across the room when priming. I like a good solid holder and don't mind a few bucks for something that will last forever.
