he died on the 16th

I remember reading somewhere that Gil Girard was an Industrial Chemist for some chemical company. The job he was in required a Bachelor's and he was up for promotion to a job that would require a Master's.

Apparently Mr Gerard had lied on his resume and didn't have a Bachelor's much less a Master's.

So he quit the job because he was going to get caught and I'm not sure what the chain of events was but eventually he became an actor.
