Glock Upheaval: Rumors Fly on Discontinued Models, New info on V Series Guns

This would be a great time to change the styling and grip module some and be a little more innovating, will they do that? probably not but i can't see why they would discontinue a whole line of products and put something out that looks the exact same. If it's to make them switch free and avoid lawsuits then they caved to pressure.
You have noticed that they have been putting out an entire catalog of products that look exactly the same ever since they started, haven't you?

I don’t hate Glocl but I like M&P and HK for steiker stuff. I have a couoke Gkicks because I teach a lot and if that’s what an agency issues but truth be told if I were to buy a new striker fired it would be between the SA Eschelon or a HK VP9F a1

Personally I only have 1 Glock in my cabinet of fun. Truthfully I don’t care who has what but it’s the diehard fanboys that tick me off.

LGS does have a long slide blue label gun i would buy but they can't sell it to me. i don't even remember what model it was.
A 17L?

The largest I know of ever cataloged was the 6” 17L (9mm) and 24 in 40. Then the late 90’s the 5.3” 34/35 which I have had 2 and are the ticket with iron sights for the time.

So not sure what you saw.

Forgot one more...
  • Glock 40 Gen4 MOS: This model has a 6.02-inch barrel, a significant increase from the standard G20's 4.61-inch barrel.

Hi,

Personally I only have 1 Glock in my cabinet of fun.

The "black sheep", that's funny. ;) I, too, have only one Glock in my little stash. In a dull way, it's one of their most garish and unique. C'mon! A 6.02 inch barrel! That's kinda ridiculous. I think that's why I'm infatuated with my G17L. Glockers don't bother me. I can see the appeal. They just don't appeal all that much to me. I am a fanboy of the SA products, with eight in my cabinet. But I also like to play the field a little. Variety adds a little spice. But I digress.

It's going to be interesting. But I have a feeling that "Meet the new Glock, same as the old Glock" will be the outcome for the end user. Hopefully it's enough to stave off lawsuits and legislation.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
