I have three .380 ACP DA/SA pistols (two Bersa Thunders and a CZ 82.) The Beretta is nice, and of good quality, but I don't need another.

I've never owned one, but they do have a good reputation. At that price, I'd be tempted. But like Captain O, I already have too many .380s.

If you want a .380, that Beretta is being sold at a "bargain" price. If all else fails you can have the barrel replaced (the Accokeek, MD factory should be able to supply a fresh one.) A good 'smith should be able to install it. New springs, an extractor, and some refinishing should bring it up to snuff.

It is worth consideration.

BUY it, now! The only issue is the statement in the ad that these pistols were used "extensively" by the Italians in ww2. The Italians didnt use ANY weapons "extensively" in ww2.
