I used to use range bags, now I use plastic cases... I got tired of buying dual storage items. Now I just lock em in the cases and their gtg. Theirs always someone home so no worries about putting em in a safe. I do use 2 safes long and handgun but i only put the top guns I use in em the others are in hard cases or tactical bags.

This is just for the 2 XDm’s. I have a hard case and a bigger range bag that I haven’t used in a while.

Hi,

Nice! I store my pistols in the bags when they're in the safe. I have to stack'em up because my safe is not that big. I usually transport them in my Condition1 case.

Some don't fit. ;)

So they are transported separately.

Like the Pelican, the Condition1 case is very robust. Last week on the way to the range I walked over a patch of ice. I did a full-on, Three Stooges, feet in the air, slip-and-land right on my keester. I'm lucky I didn't break a hip. The case got tossed 12 feet in the air and downrange onto the concrete driveway. When I opened it to check, nothing had moved. Whew! I felt much better after the ibuprofen.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

I was lookiin at their Cases but midway had 5 gun cases for like 49 bucks same cases really. I'm learning over time what stuff is necessary and what's not separate range bags for pistols are not for sure I agree

I just ordered a Condition 1 case this morning

It was FedEx sure post. It’s supposed to be dropped off at the post office (even says it on the label). But FedEx knows how USPS is out here.
It's good to know that SurePost is an option for FedEx, not a hard requirement. It allows them to use USPS for last mile delivery where it makes sense. Sounds like it was easier to add you to a truck's route than to route something else to USPS (and pay for that last mile delivery).

Oddly enough where I live uses the same FedEx hub as SA which is Rock Island Illinois. Plus living in a small town that has FedEx doing deliveries in town all the time.
