- add favorite burger seasonings and make a good hamburger. Dont overcook it. I top with Blue Cheese and Arugula.
- Italian Style meatballs
- stuffed peppers

One can also cook with tallow, fat back, any animal products that can add a layer of taste.

Shoot does. Let it hang in a cooler for 28 days. Tenderloin and backstraps in my opinion are best. I have the processor make sausage and hamburger from the rest, he adds tallow for me.
