Guess What Happened to Violent Crime Rates After Ohio Adopted Permitless Carry?

Many factors affect crime rates, including incarceration rates and economic factors. Constitutional carry may have an impact. I am curious to see what happens to the numbers in Florida a year in.

Still if you have Soros DAs you can still be persecuted and prosecuted for the lawful use to protect life. Prosecutorial discretion seems to be extremely biased as we all know.

Ohio's law does not have an immunity provision as far as I can tell, but it does place the burden on the prosecutor to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the shooter was not acting in justifible self defense or defense of others. That does put a damper on overzealous prosecutors.

This happens every time. EVERY TIME! Just like every time there are predictions of "Blood in the street, OK corral shoot outs over parking" that never materialize. Of course, you will hear it could be tougher sentencing, and more enforcement of the laws. Really where has that be going on? Maybe the old standby "a blip in the statistics". Sadly, some of our own will go right along with these "questions". After all the well-reasoned excuses, the truth is that they are just plain old second Cousins to NIMBY's. I'm special you're not, rules for thee and not for me (unless you jump though some arbitrary hoop).
Never let truth get in the way of what you want, and think is best for everyone else.
