How many times ya'll had a gun blow up in yer face. I can remember a few.
A remington 742 in 30-06 grenaded whilst shooting an eight point buck,
A RIA 22 mag handgun blew up in my face, blew my hand off the grip nearly. wasn't the guns fault. was crappy Armscore ammo which later blew up in a Christesen arms precision rifle.
Had an AK detonate one time years ago. Had a couple Sub machine guns fire out of battery before. they were both open bolt and a fixed firing pin.
Worst was an MG42 running 1200 rounds a minute, it fired out of battery. blew the barrel out which it had a quick change barrel that the hand guard swung open to remove it. crap hit me all in the face. Face had shrapnel all in it. lol.
Just recently had AR15 in 7.62x39 spray me in the face. the cartridge spit a primer and i caught most of the blast. didn't hurt but one of those what the hell moments.
that's all i can remember at the moment. i'm sure there was more. now i know that's a lot but i have run untold amounts of old military ammo and ammo of about all makes.
