Gun Sales Trend Higher for February: Over 1.2 Million

I bought one in February to contribute. It was even a Kuna!

However, I have a Texas LTC so I don’t go through a background check when I buy a gun at an LGS. And I’m willing to bet there are other States that operate the same. So basing the number on NICS background checks likely results in a lower than actual sales overall.

But the NICS number is certainly a good “floor” to start.

A friend of mine oversees a chain of gun stores/ranges in several southern states.
He stated to me February was extremely high in sales particularly in Texas after the Austin shooting. The customers stated domestic terrorism from illegals in the country as one of the sources for wanting to be prepared.
It hit home to the "locals" of central / south Texas.

Yep, and it’s not a secret that the Biden Administration flew plenty of “undocumented” citizens into lots of smaller towns throughout Texas. The largest cities are already blue; I’m sure the (D) plan was to try and turn the rural areas bluer once they figured out how to get Texas to let “undocumented” citizens vote. They weren’t quite bright enough to realize terrorists were crossing too, no matter how many times they were told.

They just didn’t think their plan through ….

We are enablers. I admit it and I apologize sincerely. If I can make it up to you by taking a number of your firearms off your hands at no cost to me I will be glad to do so :p

It's not the "illegals" that frighten me but the good old all-American, bloodthirsty terrorists that exist amongst us. I also reside here in South Texas.

I also live in South Texas. Further south than you. Who are these "good old all-American, bloodthirsty terrorists that exist amongst us" that you speak of?
