I bought my SA milspec 1911 from them a few years ago. No issues.

ordered the p220 10mm sao legion (shipped fed-ex 2 day) from them on 9/7/25 and received it on 9/10/25...........the 45acp however (shipped ups 2 day) was supposed to be here the same day as the 10mm, but ups's infinite wisdom took 5 days. if there's any issue with an order, they are quick to get it fixed (such as ffl, cc, etc). the 10mm was ~$150 cheaper with shipping and taxes than other places with firearm price alone. the 45acp wasn't that way or i would've ordered it from them. gun broker however takes (in my experience) several weeks to ship (close to 1 month).
all in all a good experience with guns.com!

I sold a revolver to them and had my account hacked-
They offered no help saying that it was on my end-
I still can't figure out how someone changed my account and bank routing numbers-
In any event I now am out a S&W 317 and a lot of cash-

I bought a half case of Remington Golden Saber .357 Sig from them in 2023, an EEA Girsen MC14T in 2024, and a Diamondback SDR 9mm Revolver in 2025 (only place I could find it). All went through just fine and arrived in a timely manner. If it’s the best price or only place I can find what I want, I would order from them again.
