H&R Revolver - any old gun friendly smiths in SE MIchigan?

I'm not sure where to put this post so I stuck it here in the lounge since that seems like a catch all?

So here's the thing. I have Harrington & Richardson Premier Target revolver that I inherited from my dad. It probably hasn't been shot in about 50 years and I'd like to take it to the range at some point.

The issue is, the indexing (clocking? Timing?) isn't consistent in DA mode. If I manually cock it and fire it in single action, the cylinder always clocks to the correct position. When I use it in double action, the cylinder will sometimes advance too far and not be clocked right.

I brought it in to the range I'm a member of, and the gunsmith there had no interest in working on it. Fair enough, it's 100 years old and finding parts isn't exactly trivial. I'd rather not give up on it yet though so I'm searching for ideas on who will work on an older revolver like this. I don't know enough about them to tackle it myself.

I'm in the SE Michigan area and would of course prefer somewhere somewhat local. "Local" isn't all that restrictive though, I'm retired with time on my hands.

And because threads without pictures are worthless, here are a few from when I was trying to figure out what it was.

That's my ao but all of my older smiths have hung up thier screwdrivers. Last custom work I had done outside of MagnaPort was Amerigun from North Branch. Not sure if they would do it but they are good and worth a try.
