Hellcat Pro going in Battery

Thanks, guys, for all the comments. It's really not that big of a deal. The pistol runs and shoots great. I'll just stop slamming the mag in like it was suggested. Thank you all again!
Slamming the mag in to release the slide is a nice feature for competition and defensive use if done with regular practice and a high measure of safety. If this technique interest you I'd suggest you use snap caps so you can dryfire practice at the same time.

I'm not an expert on modern pistols by a darned sight, but the Hellcat, in my opinion, is one of the best semi automatic pistols ever made. It's one of only two I ever had (or even fired) with zero malfunctions in operation, even shooting it with a limp wrist. I was shooting it like a dueling pistol, one hand lazily stretched out popping caps at junk on the backstop. About 40 rounds, no problems. Not like most compacts.
Now y'all are saying it can finish your reload in combat shooting.
Too much. (The other was a Ruger P90, a .45 DA/SA that was not only large but ugly, too.)
