I am fine with people wanting to be an “individual” and “express themselves”, but when it gets to the point as in these two examples i think there is something much different going on these people’s heads. Something is just not right there.

and a real sad fact of life is, both can be the most loyal, conscientious hard workers, an employer can have, but if i owned a business or ran one, i'd have to accept thier applications and resumes, cuz if i don't i can get hit with discrimination.

that does not mean however, that i HAVE to hire them...

as i always got the response, "we are only taking applications at this time", when i applied at some trucking jobs.
