High Desert Cartridge Company’s Revolver Ammunition

I am actually friends with the owner. I got some at the east coast revolver roundup last year. It is GREAT stuff.

They have a DB (Darryl Bolke) load for 357 I have that gets the penetration but doesn’t beat you up. It is comparable the 145 Silvertip in 357 little less blast which the Silvertip in revolver options was VERY effective and worked night and day difference better than the auto version in9 and 45

When I order another batch of ammo I’m grabbing High Desert

Here is the 357 158 TMJ (mirroring the DB XTP Load) my Model 65 lives it minus the left flyer tha is all me!

Thanks for the link. Always good to be aware of options in the boutique ammunition space.

The fact that the author shot a some of his rounds out of a S&W Mountain gun and the results he obtained say a lot for High Desert.
