Holster help

I have a Springfield XDm 3.8 Elite 10mm and am in the market for a iwb holster. Something along the likes of a Crossbreed Supertuck or Alien Gear Shapeshift.

What would you get or use and why?
Very versatile. Quality is Top Notch and the price is right👍

I've got several Crossbreed holsters and a Reckoning. Both work very well and are very comfortable to wear ALL day long. I always buy the horse hide so I cannot comment on the cow hide. I even have a supertuck for my 1911's, still all day comfortable. I love the metal clups they provide, I absolutely hate all the polymer belt clips I have tried. While they work fantastic at first, soon they become too flexible and in MY daily flexing they have come off the belt and worked their way off the top.

Hi,

I am also a user of products from Rounded by Concealment Express. I probably have 10 of them for various handguns. I'll admit I haven't tried a lot of others. When you find something that works, why mess with it? For simple AIWB concealed carry their kydex works great. I always add Discreet Carry Clips for stability and Tier 1 Concealed muzzle pads for extra comfort.

But there are tons of good holsters out there. The hybrid holsters didn't work for me though. For me, too much flexibility makes reholstering less convenient. Enjoy the adventure! ;)

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

I like Crossbreed. The Reckoning works well for AIWB. I use a Supertuck AIWB, because Crossbreed did not offer a Reckoning for my preferred pistol. I cut part of the leather off and moved the belt clip for the end of the holster closest to my body centerline. I can wear it comfortably all day working outside, but with a lot of bending and stooping sometimes one of the belt clips gets pushed upwards off my belt. The “J” clips would work better, but I am too ornery to order them.
