Holster: XD-M vs XD-M Elite

I've been looking for an IWB holster for my XD-M 45acp 4.5 inch. I've found numerous items, but sometimes see XD-M Elite 4.5" only, is there a significant difference between the 2 that would rule out using either? When looking at photos online it's hard to tell, and with Kydex small differences can be deal breakers.

I use holsters from T-Rex arms.
Maybe send them an email and see what they say.

I don’t actually think there is that much of a difference between the XDM and the Elites when it comes out to holsters.

The ambi slide release on the Elite can catch on some non Elite holsters. It just depends on how high the Kydex or whatever material comes up. Crossbreed makes Elite specific holsters.
