How often do you take your guns...

How often do you take your unfired guns out of the safe and wipe them down. I try to at least every 3-4 months just to play it safe.

I generally give my super soakers a once over every six months.

Every month in case I need them and I don’t want to have issues. I may be over doing it but I like to make sure.

3 or 4 times annually. I also simply enjoy handling them. Especially the long guns, as they are the least operated.

I usually get mine out every month. I like to handle them, look them over, these are my ladies and I like to give them some TLC! Also, I have my pistols out every week for dry fire practice at home. Skills are perishable and the more you practice while away from the range, the less likely your skill will degrade.

Broke down and cleaned after every range trip, field stripped and lubed every couple months.

All the time. I have the kids practicing dry firing with snap caps. I never know if I have trace amounts of spaghetti sauce, cookie dough are whatever else they are making. To be honest, I don't even like left over figerprints on them. Usually wiped down right after touching them.
