We had to wait (called a cooling off period) when my dad bought my shotgun in 1972. Life has never been easy in Illinois. USED to live there.

That is why i have more rifles than hand guns. Long guns only require the nics check.

Do you still need pistol purchase permit for each?

Was surprised in when moved to NC and i could walk in and purchase a pistol and leave with it the same day, though I believe not requiring a permit for pistol is new (2023?). Have obtained CC so it’s just a 4473 and a form 4 for my stamp collection

Yes. A pistol permit is required for each handgun purchase and we are limited to one purchase every 30 days.

I think once the governor is out of office and his bought and paid for judges' terms are up this state may have a chance to turn around, especially with the ISRA as our watch dog.
The real future problem is Pritzger wants to be president.

They're getting some cover right now from the MSM with 92% + "Trump negative" coverage, but that's what has been going on for the entire Biden administration and you see how well it worked out for them last November.

White male does not currently equal demographic of Democratic Party presidential nominees (or any other nominee, other than Walz who speaks to white dudes in code 😂). That’s why Harris was the nominee without a primary.

I don’t think anyone has to worry about Pritzger becoming POTUS.

Filled out 4473 and brought it home.

Previous guns I bought, CZ P-09 Nocturne's, full size and connect
send shop a email, can you get this ? Got email back, saying sure can. Replied, order me one of each please. Three days later he let me know they arrived and I went and paid, filled out form and brought home.

Yes, I have a "thing" for DA SA guns
