The article is basically a longer "earthy" or down to earth mostly common sense self help guide about dealing with emotions and about loss in general. It can get a bit deep in some areas covering different types of loss. Thought it was a good helpful article since some people here have dealt with some sort of loss in their lifetimes. I have. Not always pleasant. Usually isn't. Older we get the more losses we need to deal with.
