Always good info and to practice with one as early on I found getting tangled, bound, limited and restricted trying to get used to these.
Without allowing arm braces anymore, a quality sling is a a helpful aid for pistol AR shooting and when carrying about…IF they don’t put the kibosh on these attachment devices also.
