How to shoot an AK (and variants)

I've been shooting my AK's and my SK a lot more these days because 7.62x39 is still available on the shelf at pre-covid prices in my area. It was always slightly cheaper than .223/5.56, but now its less than 1/2 the price of AR ammo and is significantly cheaper than many pistol cartridges. My AK's are now the cheapest centerfire guns to feed in my collection. My appreciation for the platform is growing with each range trip.
