I bought ammo in a caliber I don’t have a gun for?

I have a little 25 i shoot every now and then, bought it pretty cheap. it has never missed a beat always goes bang. but the safety system is stupidly over complicated.

A friend wanted me to clean and test fire his old 16 gauge shotgun that he had inherited. He said he didn’t have any ammo for it so I picked up a box of 16ga target loads to have on hand. When he finally brought me the gun it was a 20ga. I still have that box of 16ga shells from probably 15 years ago.

What the heck is wrong with me? I was at Ace Hardware and was looking at ammo and saw that they were trying to get rid of a bunch of .25 ACP.

And what happens when you buy ammo for a gun you don't have; that's right, you start making bad decisions on auction sites.

Its a slippery slope for which I fully blame Ace Hardware.

I'll know if my bid goes through in the next two days. WTH?

Anybody ever shoot a F.I.E. Titan?

I currently have ammo for two calibers I no longer have, 10mm and 38 Super.
But I have a 38 Super barrel for my 9mm RIA 1911

I've got a case of 12ga. 00 buckshot. No shotgun. But in my defense I did have one when I bought the shells but sold it. Probably sell these. No real interest in another shotgun.

I have a box of .204 Ruger I stumbled upon in my ammo cabinet just yesterday.
No idea when or why I bought it.
I think at the time I was looking for a new varmint rifle.

I bought a box of 30-30 Win. Figuring that I would shoot a Sportmen’s club member’s lever gun someday .
Then a while later, I bought some 45 Colt ammo .
Still looking for a generous guy that would let me shoot his Cowboy gun.

Technically I did too as the ammo arrived before the gun. But it is ordered and I'd think will arrive next week.
