I worked for an ad agency in London during the nineties who rewarded the Senior Creative Director with a DB5 and a reserved parking spot directly outside the main entrance to the Agency. The car was worth 1.2 million pounds at the time. I think the parking spot was worth twice that!

The chink in my cultural armor. I have never owned an Aston Martin. MG, Triumph, Austin Healey (big and little) Jaguar and Lotus have all leaked in my garage at one time or another but never an Aston Martin. I am afraid I would have to come out of retirement to afford one, so that is out of the question.
